Change the date field format from D99/99/99 to D99/99/9999. Entering a 00
in the year component of a D99/99/99 field assumes you're entering it for
the year 1900, not 2000. This is resolved by using D99/99/9999 fields.

You can change a D99/99/99 field into a D99/99/9999 field without exporting
data from the data base.

Also, DP only allows dates after 3/1/1900, so any attempt to enter data
before that (e.g., 1/1/2000), will be considered illegal if entered in a
D99/99/99 field because it will be considered 1/1/1900. However, you can
enter 1/1/2000 in a D99/99/9999 field without a problem.
