ORDERING WITH A CHECK

This is the slowest method. I have to wait for it to arrive in the
mail, and then wait for it to clear. After your check clears I'll
either eMail you the zipped file containing my book or tell you where
to download it (our DP Web Page and CompuServe), giving you the
password that lets you extract it. Send the check to

The price is $60 for the first one, and $30 for others within the same

ORDERING WITH VISA OR MASTERCARD

This is the fastest method. If you order with Visa or Mastercard, as
soon as I process your card I'll either send you the zipped file
containing my book or tell you where to download it (our DP Web Page
and CompuServe), giving you the password that lets you extract it.
